Monthly exchange meeting

It's been several months since I decided to hold a monthly exchange meeting in Shinjuku. This month, I was able to hold the meeting again. There were four participants, including myself, and one of them was a first-time attendee.

Following the rules from last time, we divided into pairs of two and chatted for 20 minutes each. We also included a shared time in between. The idea of asking "What kind of topics came up?" came from an online exchange meeting I attended. It's not just about chatting, but also about reflecting on what we talked about and sharing it among the participants. It's also a great opportunity for everyone to express their opinions in front of others. The participants are likely people who don't often have the chance to speak in front of others in their daily lives. I hope to utilize this opportunity to help them get used to speaking. I'm not a lecturer on "how to improve communication skills" or anything like that, but I think it's a good practice for them.
