Today's Non Alcoholic Beer : PICO NOVA West Coast IPA by Brussels Beer Project

Hey guys, wusup! Welcome to Cheeko's NA beer review!

I am super hyped and excited for today's beer. It's another beer series by my sister who brought about 10 cans from Belgium. The last Hoegaarden 0% was a mess (sorry sis!), but this one I never heard of. PICO NOVA.  First of all, what kind of cute name is that!? Never thought the day will come that I's say I had some "PICO NOVA", love it!

So, I was checking the "Brussels Beer Project" website, and it seems like a group collaborating with different breweries to produce all kinds of beer. This PICO NOVA was their first NA beer and I gotta say it's pretty good! This west coast style IPA is VERY light, crispy, and personally felt that it has that distinctive aroma of a German beer at the very beginning. The IPA bitterness is not that strong, so it might feel a little lacking when you only drink by itself, but luckily I had some great meals to pair it with, the garlic cream pasta! The thick creaminess of the pasta balanced sooo well with the light refreshing beer!

I heard that people in Belgium are loving this NA beer because they don't have to actually say it is a NA beer. Just say PICO NOVA and nobody will know that it is a NA beer.  Makes sense! But no need to feel left out though!  NA Beer is the next trend and we can all proudly say we love it♡
