bend (bent)| to move part of your body so that it is not straight or so that you are not upright
: Let bent and kissed her.
: She bent her head
: Bend your knees, but keep your back straight.
leap (leapt) | to jump high into the air or to jump in order to land in a different place.
: She leapt over the fence.
: The smaller animals can easily leap from tree to tree.
tiptoe | to walk quickly and carefully on your toes, so that nobody hears you.
: His mother tiptoed into the room.
cartwheel | a movement in which you turn completely over by throwing your body sideways onto your hands while bringing your legs over your head.
Pour | to make a liquid or other substance flow out of or into a container by holding it at an angle.
: She poured coffee for everyone.
: Pour the oil into a frying pan and heat.
: The wine was so bad I just poured it away.
: Why don't you pour yourself another drink?
Spill ( spilled ) | if you spill a liquid, or if it spills, it accidentally flows over the edge of a container.
: Katie almost spilled her milk .
: I've spilied coffee all down my shirt!
: He slipped and the wine spilled all over the carpet.
