今日の英語

the Dalai Lama ：　ダライ・ラマ14世　※the がつく
discharge from ：　«…から» …を退院させる（させる、という意味があるので、実際に使う時も受け身の文章になる、例題の通り）
admit ：　認める
chest infection ：　肺感染症

【〜の〜日後の書き方】
The Dalai Lama has been discharged from a Delhi hospital, three days after being admitted with a chest infection.

日本語的にはafter three days と言いたくなるが、英語では最初にthree days がきて、そのあとにafterが来る。
