偽証罪の 『ダンガンロンパ』---第1作での霧切と苗木の偽証に対する沈思 jury-rigged danganronpa---A reflection on Kirigi and Naegi's perjury in the first game

How wondrously admirable are those who commit themselves to eternal falsehood,
by believing in unalterable justice of the truth brought to light.
And through lying, fumble to acquire justice for men.
永遠の偽りに身を捧げる者たちは、なんと不思議なほど立派なのだろう。
永遠の虚偽に身を捧げる者たちである、
真実が明るみに出ることの不変の正義を信じることによって。
そして、嘘をつくことによって、人のために正義を獲得しようとあがく。

Though hold that thought for a second---isn't that too,
a wonderful, clanging, destructive fall?
jury-rigged Truth-bullet,
jury-rigged DANGANRONPA.
O despair, despair. With hope, we brought despair.
然し、ちょっと考えてみてほしい、
それもまた素晴らしく、鳴り響き、破壊的な落下ではないか？
陪審仕掛けの真実の弾丸、
陪審仕掛けのダンガンロンパ。
絶望よ、絶望よ。希望とともに、我々は絶望をもたらした
Suppose in the third court of final human justice,
it is not a court for murder, but for lies…
Are they, Kirigiri the fog-slasher and Naegi,
the sprout who drinks the fallen dewy substance---
are they to be the culprit, and in lies and falsehood,
would innocent hope utterly be killed? suppose the dead,
人間の最終的な司法の「第三の法廷」が
そこは殺人の法廷ではなく、嘘の法廷であったとしよう。
霧切りの霧切と、
落ちている露を飲む新芽の苗木。
彼らが犯人なのか、嘘と偽りで、
罪のない希望が完全に殺されるのだろうか？

and the executed man-slayers were to return as plaintiffs,
and sue Kirigi and Naegi for that injustice…
How would they escape the righteousness and find recuse?
Whose crimes are blatantly told and shown in the narrative of first person?
A shame, the script writer was not able to write that into Danganronpa V3.

死人と処刑された人殺しが原告として戻ってきたとしよう、
桐木と苗木を訴えたとしよう。
彼らはどうやって正義から逃れ、弁護を見つけるのだろうか？
一人称の語りの中で、誰と誰の罪があからさまに語られ、示されるままに。
脚本家がそれをダンガンロンパV3に書き込めなかったのは残念だ。
