One day in April, psychiatrist Shun Fujishiro (Takeru Sato) receives a letter from his former lover, Haru Iyoda (Nana Mori). The letter from Salar de Uyuni, known as the "mirror of the sky," contained memories of her first love from 10 years ago. Uyuni, Prague, and Iceland. After that, spring letters continue to arrive from all over the world. At the same time, Fujishiro was preparing to marry his fiancée, Yayoi Sakamoto (Masami Nagasawa), but Yayoi suddenly left with only a mystery: ``What is the way to keep love from ending?'' disappear. Why did Spring write you a letter? Where did Yayoi disappear to? The two mysteries will eventually be connected.

4月のある日、精神科医の藤代俊（佐藤健）のもとに、かつての恋人・伊予田春（森七菜）から手紙が届く。“天空の鏡”と呼ばれるウユニ塩湖からの手紙には、10年前の初恋の記憶が書かれていた。ウユニ、プラハ、アイスランド。その後も世界各地から春の手紙が届く。時を同じくして藤代は、婚約者の坂本弥生（長澤まさみ）と結婚の準備を進めていたが、弥生は「愛を終わらせない方法、それは何でしょう」という謎掛けだけを残して突然、姿を消す。春はなぜ手紙を書いてきたのか？　弥生はどこへ消えたのか？　2つの謎は、やがて繋がっていく。
