However, one day, a man who knows about Mika's "past" appears, and with the help of the bar's regulars, she sets out on a journey through time and space in search of something important that she had forgotten. What she saw there...

A spin-off short story about Raw-san and Shinjoe, regulars at the bar who appeared in the first film. Both of them had lost their wives, but one day Raw-san spoke about Shinjoe's past. Shinjoe's wife, Ryoko, is suffering from a serious illness, and her treatment requires an exorbitant amount of money. Shinjoe tries his best to collect the money, but Ryoko dies in vain. Then, one year later, on Christmas night, a miracle happens to Shinjoe, who drinks alcohol at Raw-san 's restaurant and is overcome with sadness...

Director: Jun Kitamikado
Born in 1968. His student days were spent making independent films with his friends. After that, he took a long break from film production, but in his 50s his desire to create began to flare up again. He got the idea of bar science fiction and released his first work "REUNION: 01 -At the End of the Night-" in 2021. Currently, planning is underway for the final chapter "REUNION:03 -DAYDREAM-" to be released in the fall of 2026.
He is also the president of Architecture Co., Ltd., an advertising production company.
