昨日は予定づめで更新ができなかった。
今は緊急事態宣言が発令されていて、もともとアウトドアな性格だった自分にはかなりの大打撃だが、その中でできる趣味も見つけつつあって人間は適応していけるなと思った。
明日は平日だけど僕はお休み、普段休日にできない申請関連・自転車の修理出しを使用と思う。

DD32 Too normally day
I worked usual tasks and running after that, cooked dinner and read novel.
It was too normal day and was not even to write as daily note so that I share you the some phrases I learn today.

I used twitter and saw Yoichi Ochiai's tweet which commented anger about articles written by To-supo.
I thought he is warm and cool person , It was surprising for me.
It's normal to get angry for ever

I ran about 5.5km along the
riverbed of Tama-river.
The views from riverbed is nice and feel me calm.
I set monthly aims to run 2times in a week.
