継続は力なりと言いますが、このブログを一週間連続で続けられていることは我ながらすごいことだと思います。一日の中の30分という時間をとても有意義に使えていると感じます。また、朝7時に起きる習慣に、身体も慣れてきています。とりあえず一ヶ月継続することを目標に、頑張っていきたいです。
