10月の火星Mars in October

この10月は夜空に輝く火星が見えると聞いて、最初は驚きました。すごく遥か遠くにある星だと思っていたのです。私は朝方体質なので夜出かけるのは苦手なのだけれど、遅くない時間にうちの人を連れ出して近所の野原までぶらぶら出かけてました。

双眼鏡を使わなくても、他の星とくらべて明らかに赤みがかっている星がこんなにも良く見えるなんて、と驚きながら見上げた夜空。そういえば地球は火星のお隣さんだって実感。

果たしてあの星に今まで生物が住んでたりしなかったのだろうか、住んでたら向こうからも我々の青い惑星が見えたりするのか？

According to various media, Mars can be seen very well in the night sky this October 2020.
I am not a night person but this month I have gone out on many early evenings for a stroll. My husband accompanies me, and we went out to the nearby fields.
I have been surprised that Mars can be seen so clearly even without using binoculars and slightly red compared to other shining stars. I feel like Mars is a relatively close neighbor planet.
I was wondering if there ever were any living things on Mars either in the past or present. If so, can they see our blue planet?
