My Job（僕の仕事）

Today, I’m writing about my job.
I am a soccer coach.
The team which I belong is Kibi international university Charme Okayama Takahashi.
This team belong to Japanese women’s Football League division 2.
In this league there are 10 teams in japan. And We compete round-robin tournament. 
So we have 18 games in a year.
There are 100 sponsors in this team.
I am in charge of Top team assistant coach and grassroots coach.
I am able to feel rewarding when players growth.
I hope It’s gonna be good year for my player and stuff in this team.
Team objective is 4th place in league match.
In process of achieving  the goal ,I hope players are gonna be able to grow up in this team.

今日は、僕の仕事について書いていきたいと思います。
僕はサッカーのコーチの仕事をしています。
僕の所属するチームは、吉備国際大学Charme岡山高梁という女子サッカーチームで、なでしこリーグ2部でリーグ戦を戦っています。なでしこリーグは日本全国10チームが属しており、年間18試合行います。チームのスポンサーは100社ほどいます。選手は、大学生や社会人選手、外国人選手もいます。
僕は、トップチームのアシスタントコーチと、サッカーの普及活動の一環として行っているサッカースクールのコーチを担当しています。
選手の成長を感じることができた時に仕事のやりがいを感じます。
今年も、トップの選手、スクール生、そして一緒に働くスタッフが良い1年になったらいいなと思い仕事を頑張ります。
チームの目標は、リーグ戦4位です。目標が達成の過程で選手がチームみんなが成長できたらいいなと思います。
