今日は子供たちに初めてガムを食べさせました。このガムは、歯を強くする成分が含まれており、虫歯予防にもなるガムです。最近の子供は噛む力が弱く顎の発達が未熟なため、噛むトレーニングをさせようと思い、ガムを食べさせてみました。
