リーダーシップが大切という話は「採用基準」という本に書かれています。そして現在子供たちと読んでいる「冒険の書」という本にも、リーダーシップを学ぶことが大切だと書かれています。様々な本を読み続けると、共通点が見えてきますね。

英語編

The importance of leadership is discussed in the book The Criteria for Hiring. Furthermore, the book Adventure Book, which I'm currently reading with my children, also emphasizes the importance of learning leadership. As I continue reading various books, common themes begin to emerge.
