録音が途中からですが、楽譜的には前半の繰り返し部分がない演奏ということになります。
This is " Recuerdos de la Alhambra (F. Tarrega)" and is one of popular classics as a tremolo piece.

The recording is from the middle of the piece, and that means that the performance does not have the repetitive part of the first half in terms of the score.
