6/2/24 - A stomach ache
Recently, I found a YouTube channel about diabetes, in which a diabetes specialist provides many tips to lower blood sugar levels.
One of the tips to prevent blood sugar levels from rising abruptly after a meal is to walk for about 15 minutes or exercise after eating. So, I tried to do light exercise after each meal.
Then, the day before yesterday, I had a stomach ache in the morning. I couldn't sleep well at night because of the pain. I took some medicine and tried to eat only a little yesterday, and the pain subsided last night.
I assume that exercising right after eating a meal probably caused indigestion, which led to the stomach ache. I realized not all recommendations work for everyone.
