A new experience in the genre of pixel art / Blender 3D, After Effects
Now I'll try to deal with the genre of pixel graphics. It's still hard for me.
Further in this blog I will try to describe the process of my work.

First I create a full 3D model in Blender 3D:
Composition settings in Blender to get some pixelated effect:
This makes the picture quite pixelated, but still needs some work:
The "CC Ball Action" effect in the Adobe After Effects makes the picture even more pixelated. It's still not a real pixel, but already very similar:
Add a picture of a night city taken on the Internet to the background, I did not draw it myself:
