　そろそろ記事を出したいんですが、もう少しかかりそうです。

　さて、昨秋より基本的にSDXLを用いていますが、生成に時間がかかるのが問題。そんな折に出てきた低Steps技術に注目して最初はLCM、その後はstability.aiのSDXL Turboを使用して8 Stepsで生成していました。最近はByteDanceのSDXL-Lightningにて4 Stepsまで下がっています。

　ということで5月分。1536x768の解像度であれば7.5秒/枚になります（RTX 3060使用）。モデルはPony系のチャレンジということでChacolEbaraMixXLとWhite Unicornのマージを行い、画風を好みに寄せつつ指の破綻も減らすことができました（多分）。

　7th anime XLがリリースされています。実は、旧モデルにはお世話になりました（昨年分のJan. 19参照）。Ametystic_Echo_Mix_XLとマージすると、（個人的には）良い感じになることが判明。それを用いて作ってみたXのヘッダ画像です。最近は基本的にSDXL Turbo-LoRAを利用しています。

　Xのアイコンとヘッダを変えました。が、また変えるかもしれないので掲載保留。それまで使っていた分を載せます。去年の10月30日にChatGPT上で生成しました。プロンプトは記録していないので分かりません。

　Copilot Proは1ヶ月でやめたので、ふたたびChatGPTで。今回は1つ目を2回リトライ、2つ目はリトライなしで出てきました。

  • 「小さな女の子と桜の咲く港町」で6文の短い話を黙って作り、画風をpastel color anime style, にしてアニメ調で横長でズームインした画像を生成する

  • 同じ内容でもう一回

　去年はStable Diffusionのチューニングにほとんど手を出せなかったので、今年は環境を整え直すところから始めて、うちのこを量産できるようにしたいと思います（フラグ）。

　タイトル画像は、ChatGPTのDALL-Eアプリにて「竜の女の子の冒険、で6文の短い話を黙って作り、先頭にpastel color anime styleをつけて横長でズームインした画像を生成する」の指示のみで生成しました（リトライ無し）。話を創作させることで細かな設定が増えるはずなので、現在でもこれが簡単かつおすすめの方法です。
