Propaganda is the art of lying, to convince people that the lie being shown in truth.
プロパガンダとは、嘘をつくことであり、その嘘が真実であると人々に信じ込ませることです。
In the present Ukraine war, The Ukrainian side excels at propaganda, while their actual military and political performance falls short.
現在のウクライナ戦争では、ウクライナ側はプロパガンダに秀でているが、実際の軍事的・政治的パフォーマンスは不十分です。
This is a common use of propaganda, to cover up military weakness. Since the war began, Russia has had the military initiative. This means that Russia dictates the action.
これは、軍事的弱点を隠すための、プロパガンダの常套手段です。 戦争が始まって以来、ロシアが軍事的主導権を握っています。 つまり、ロシアが行動を決定しているのです。
While in the battle of Mariupol, Ukrainian forces did fight a dogged defense, that is almost the only instance. Russian forces have made a very slow and deliberate advance.

They have avoided mass bombing and artillery barrages. They have not destroyed civilian infrastructure, like electricity and internet, telephone communications.

So the Ukrainians have resorted to propaganda to make Russia look evil.

We have the story of the town of Bucha, near Kiev. The popular narrative in the West is that Russian troops slaughtered civilians in the town.
キエフ近郊のブチャという町の話が有ります。 西側では、ロシア軍がこの町で市民を虐殺したというのが一般的なシナリオです。
Yet bodies were not found until a few days after the Russians had left, and after right wing Azov paramilitary units had entered the town, looking for traitors. many of the victims had white armbands, showing that they were Russian supporters.
しかし、遺体が発見されたのは、ロシア軍が去った数日後であり、右翼のアゾフ準軍事部隊が裏切り者を探して町に入った後だった。犠牲者の多くは白い腕章をしており、ロシア支持者であることを示していました。
US military intelligence has cast doubt upon claims of Russian atrocities.

Let us look at photos of another incident. In Kramatorsk, a missile supposedly hit a train station full of civilians fleeing the battle.

I have some problems with this. The missile is basically intact. If it came in at high speed and impacted, wouldn’t disintegrate into tiny pieces? Also, Russia no longer uses this missile, but Ukraine does.

Written on the missile is “for the children” which is to imply that the Russians are barbarians, desiring to kill children. But isn’t it interesting that the missile landed intact, with the letters upright so that they are clearly visible?

But wait a minute. If a missile hit, why were the station windows not destroyed in the blast?

This is propaganda. It is designed to influence our feelings.

Many Japanese people, particularly older people, simply do not like Russia. OK, I understand. They tell me of the horrors Japanese POW’s faced in prison camps in Siberia. Yes, I know about that.
多くの日本人、特に年配の方々は、単純にロシアが嫌いなのです。 なるほど、よくわかります。 日本兵の捕虜がシベリアの収容所で直面した恐怖を私に教えてくれるのです。 ええ、そのことは知っています。
However, America, with its bombing of Japanese cities and genocide did much more damage to Japan in the war than Russia did. That America today is in terminal decline is indisputable. That the American military is pathetic is also indisputable. America cannot fight and win a ground war with Russia. The American military has been too weakened by decades of leftist social justice policies.
しかし、アメリカは日本の都市を爆撃し、大量虐殺を行い、ロシアよりもはるかに大きなダメージを戦争で日本に与えたのです。 今日のアメリカが末期的な衰退を遂げていることは、議論の余地がありません。 アメリカ軍が哀れな存在であることも、議論の余地はないです。 アメリカはロシアと地上戦を戦い、勝つことはできません。 アメリカの軍隊は、何十年にもわたる左翼の社会正義政策によって弱体化しすぎています。
In fact, Americans believe their own propaganda about the US military. However the truth is that the American military cannot win wars, and thusly cannot protect Japan.
実際、アメリカ人は米軍に関する自分たちのプロパガンダを信じ込んでいます。 しかし、実際にはアメリカ軍は戦争に勝つことができず、したがって日本を守ることもできません。
We must face reality. America will very soon, probably this summer, be irrelevant as a major world power.

Russia will be very important, and is our neighbor. We in Japan, should not follow the American road so closely, but take a more middle of the road neutralist stance.
