Recently, something very unusual has been taking place. Some 60 ground troops each from both France and the United States will be in Kyushyu for a joint training mission.
最近、珍しい活動が有りました。フランスとアメリカが日本の九州へ３国共同軍事訓練の為に兵士６０人ずつ派遣しました。
The Japanese Defense Department says Japan should train with “like minded countries”.
日本の防衛省は、「日本は似ている考え方の国と訓練するべき」と宣言しました。
Well this is very nice, but totally unrealistic. France is on the other side of the world. To confront China, France cannot possibly send any amount of significant military force to Asia, it is too far from the French homeland.
これは良い事ですけれど、とても現実的ではないです。フランスは地球の反対側です。中国はフランス本国から遠いです。中国に対して、フランスはアジアへ大した軍部隊を派遣する事が不可能です。
Also, as America, France is facing civil war at home. The French military has sent a letter to President Macron that his policies are causing civil war. In fact, they seem to be threatening a military coup.
それと、フランスは国内で内乱危機が有ります。フランス軍隊はマクロン大統領へ手紙を出して、その手紙の内容で彼の政策が内乱を作っています。やはり、その手紙で、フランス軍が軍事クーデターを脅かししているみたいです。

The main problem is too many immigrants, who create violence and are destroying French culture.
問題は、移民が多過ぎで、暴力を行って、フランス文化を崩壊させています。
All European countries have too many migrants, the existence of Great Britain, Germany, and Sweden is under threat.

In America, although migrants are a big problem, the threat is from Leftist American revolutionaries who wish to create a Marxist United States.
アメリカでは、まあ移民は大きいな問題だけれど、１番の問題はアメリカの左翼革命者、彼たちはマルクス主義アメリカ合衆国を作りたいです。
And yes, former military officers are warning against this.
それで、元軍隊の士官達がアメリカ政府に注意の手紙を出しています。
It seems that most present day senior military officers are Marxist Obama era appointees, or too intimidated to speak out.

Thus, facing internal civil war, France and America cannot be reliable allies with Japan. We must be realistic. The best choice is a military alliance with Vietnam, and deeper cooperation with Russia.
それで、内乱に向かっているアメリカとフランスは日本の信頼的な軍事同盟国に成りません。日本は現実的な行動をしなければなりません。一番いい選択はベトナムと軍事同盟で、ロシアともっと深い協力をする事です。
Militarily speaking, this is a common sense approach to Japanese military security. Geopolitically, Japan’s natural position is a leading country of Asia, and our alliances and diplomacy should reflect that.
軍事的に、これは日本の軍事安定の常識な行動です。地政的に、日本はアジアのリーダーの国で、それで外交、同盟を行うべきです。
