Why did America not win in Afghanistan? 何故アメリカはアフガニスタンで勝てなかったのか？
America lost partly because of ineptitude, partly because of an inability to be able to learn, and partly because of greed.
アメリカが勝っていない理由は、部分的に不適当で、部分的に学ぶ事が不可能で、それと部分的に欲張りでした。
When America first started the war to get rid of Osama bin Laden, it only took 300 US troops and American airpower. The rest of the troops were provided by the Northern Alliance.
ウサーマ・ビン・ラーディンさんを殺す為に戦争を始めた、アメリカ兵士３００人と空軍しか派遣しませんでした。その他の兵士は、アフガンの北部同盟から充てました。
This was a group of tribal militias based in the north of Afghanistan, which were somewhat successfully resisting the Taliban.
２０年前に、この集団はアフガニスタンの北部にいた部族民兵組織、タリバンに何とか成功的に抵抗していました。
However after that success, the US decided to commit more troops. This is the beginning of those three reasons for failure I mentioned.
しかし、その成功の後、アメリカが数多くの軍人を派遣して、それは私が書いた失敗の三つの理由の始まりでした。
American troops never grasp the culture or language of where they are. The original 300 troops, did understand the languages, and the culture. That is why they succeeded.
派遣されたアメリカ兵は自分たちがいる国の文化と言語をいつも分かっていません。アフガニスタンに最初に出した３００人の兵士はアフガニスタンの言葉と文化の知識が有りました。それで、成功出来ました。
However more American troops brought cultural difficulties. Also, American troops have a strong tendency to shoot first and ask questions later. This resulted in many civilian casualties, and increased support for the Taliban.
しかし、数多くのアメリカ兵が文化的なトラブルが有りました。それと、アメリカ兵は事件が有った時に、すぐ撃って、後で事件の事実を調べます。これで、数多くの普通のアフガン人が死んで、タリバンの指示が増えました。
For intelligence, America often depended upon local warlords, who often are simply gangsters. This was the beginning of the massive corruption which made any kind of functional government impossible.
情報部の為に、アメリカ人はよく地方軍閥のリーダーを利用して、こう言う人は単なる暴力団のリーダーです。こう言う関係でアメリカとアフガンのリーダーシップの腐敗な関係が始まり、これで機能的なアフガニスタンが不可能でした。
Since commanders could not understand the local culture, they attempted to train and build an American style Army. The result was a completely incompetent force filled with Ghost soldiers.
アメリカの軍のリーダー達は、アフガンの文化を理解出来ず、アメリカと同じような軍隊を作る試みをしました。結果は、「幽霊兵」いっぱいの無能力な軍隊でした。
Yet commanders on the ground, more concerned with their careers than the truth, made continuous reports of great progress. For 20 years.
しかし、アフガニスタンにいた将軍たちは真実より自分たちのキャリアが大切で、アメリカにいた上司にアフガニスタンでアメリカの現代国を創る努力がとても進行していると報告しました。
In 2001, Afghanistan was to be the first of 7 wars that remake the Middle East to fit American interests. American policy makers used to say after conquering Baghdad that “Anyone can go to Baghdad, real men go to Tehran!”.
２００１年のアメリカの計画で、アフガニスタンは7つの戦争の最初の戦争で、目標は自分たちの国益の為に中近東を作り直しの事でした。２０年前、アメリカ政策を作る人たちの決まり言葉は、「誰でもバグダッドに攻撃が出来る、本当に男だったら、テヘランに侵略します。」

Now such dreams of military glory are simply dust and ash.
現在、そう言う軍功の夢は、只のほこりと灰です。
A case to illustrate what I am saying. During the evacuation from Kabul, a suicide bomber struck at one of the airport gates, killing nearly 100 Afghans’, and 13 US troops.
一つの事例に成る事件です。カブールの避難を行いながら、国際空港の門で自殺爆弾事件が有って、１００人のアフガン人と１３人の米兵が死にました。
The Biden administration became very angry, this would damage their image in the US. The next day, an airstrike by drone was conducted in Kabul, the US media announced that another terror attack was bombed before it could be launched.
バイデン政権がとても怒って、この事件でアメリカ国内でイメージが悪く成ります。次の日、カブール市内で無人飛行機の空襲を行なって、アメリカのマスコミがもう一つのテロ攻撃が阻止されたと報道しました。
But this is who they killed.
しかし、下記の写真はその空襲で殺された一人です。
The US bombed an aid worker, working for an American NGO, who was delivering water. The strike killed 10 people, including 7 children.
アメリカ軍が水を配達中のアメリカNGOの救援隊員に空襲しました。攻撃で１０人を殺して、７人が子供でした。
US drones are piloted by people sitting at computer consoles in an Air Force base in Nevada, in the US. They are not in the Middle East at all. They have no idea what they are seeing through the computer monitors. In the invasion and occupation of Iraq, they routinely bombed wedding parties.
アメリカの無人飛行機のパイロットはアメリカ・ネバダ州の空軍基地でコンピューターコンソールの前に座っています。全然中近東にいません。コンピューターコンソールで何の風景を見ているのか完璧に分かっていません。イラクの侵略と占拠でよく結婚式のパーティーに空襲しました。
Iraqi people would go out into the desert, set up tents, and shoot off guns in celebration. American drone pilots in Nevada thought these were terrorist training camps. The Americans just had no idea what they were doing.

In fact, Secretary of State Blinken has admitted that they don’t know who they killed.
実に、ブリンケン国務長官はアメリカ政府が空襲で誰を殺したのか分からないと認めました。
So what is happening now. The US State Department is blocking the rescue of American in Afghanistan They are jealous because it is being done by private operators, who are succeeding where the government could not.
それで、現在、どう成っていますか？アフガニスタンに残っているアメリカ人の救援を邪魔しています。アメリカ政府が失敗した事で、個人の活動者が成功している事に嫉妬です。
Congressman Markwayne Mullin helped a family of 4 escape overland, local embassy people said they were forbidden to cooperate with him.
マークウェイン・モーリン議員が４人家族を隣の国へ陸路で脱走する事を手伝った時に、アフガニスタンの隣の国にいた米大使館スタッフの話で、国務省から彼と協力する事は禁止と聞きました。
Six chartered planes sit on the tarmac at Mazar i Sharif airport, but cannot take off, not because of the Taliban, but because the US State Department is blocking their landing at any airport with in reach.
北アフガニスタンに有るマザーリシャリーフ市の空港のタールマックに６機のチャーター機が待っているが、離陸出来ません。タリバンで離陸阻止されているのではなく、アメリカ国務省がそのまま行ける距離の空港の着陸許可を止めています。
And the Afghans who worked for the US, but that the Biden administration failed to evacuate?
２０年間のアフガン戦争で、アメリカ政府・軍と協力したアフガン人、でもバイデン政権が救援していない、今どう成っていますか？
They are being killed.
殺されています。
This is becoming a major scandal, and combined with the botched withdrawal, just might destroy the present administration.
これは、段々強大なスキャンダルに成っています。失敗ばかりの撤退と共にバイデン政権を潰す可能性が有ります。
The Afghanistan exit debacle pushed cooperation between former military and active military. Many former military are militia members, thus President Biden created the situation he sought to avoid through purges. The American military is very anti Biden, and very pro American.
アフガニスタン撤退大失敗で、現役と元軍人の協力を強くされました。アメリカの元軍人が数多く民兵組織のメンバーです。これで、バイデン大統領が粛清で避けたい状態を強く作りました。アメリカ軍隊はとても反バイデン、アメリカ愛国です。
Now, to distract attention from this fiasco, the Biden administration has announced that they will force all Americans to become vaccinated against Corona virus, even if they don’t want to. Many states are refusing vaccine mandates.
この大失敗から注目をそらす為に、バイデン政権がワクチンを反対で打っていない人に、強制的にワクチンを打たせます。数多くの州はワクチンの義務付けをしていません。
Looking at the states that do not require forced vaccination, it is roughly the same as Right Wing States in a civil war would be.
地図でワクチンの強制をしていない州を見ると、だいたい内乱に成ったら右派の州と同じです。
It truly seems that this incompetent president is in a hurry to start a civil war that break up America.
やはり、この無能な大統領は急いで内乱を開始して、アメリカ合衆国を分裂する希望みたいです。
And in Washington state, trains are still being derailed.
ワシントン州で、列車はまた脱線しています。

They are being released into America with no Corona or identity checks.
身元確認していない、コロナ検査をしていない、そのままバイデン政権がアメリカ入国を許しています。

America has become a very strange country, I don’t think it will ever go back to what it was. I truly think the US is heading for break up, and violent war between the various parts.
アメリカがとても奇妙な国に成っています。昔のアメリカに戻る事が不可能です。やはり、分裂へ向かっていて、その分裂された地域に暴力的な戦争が始まるでしょう。
