Muscle Pain

Writing journal in English is so tough for my brain. I found this fact yesterday. It is simmilar experience when I re-start jogging last month. At that time I had a lot of muscle ache justjogging for 15minutes🤣

Then I acknoledge jogging 1-2time/wk is ok recently. In winter I maight change training frim jogging to range. Anyway Take Action is important.

Maybe my journal would be very close to muscleache (Also writing content in this note is  totaly different from business:) ).  I have two opposite feeling now.  1st is hesitation to think English. Others is emmotional heart to communicate a variety of person when I work in overseas. Let’s see what happen in my brain…
