Relationship between cold wave and communication

I could not believe it would be snow tomorrow. It is so warm today.

明日雪が降るなんて昨日までは信じられなかった。こんなに暖かいのに。

I was wondering "How does it snow from here."

But I am sure it must be snow tomorrow because such a cold wind go through my body.

どう展開が転んだら雪になるんやと思っていたが、今日の帰り道に風にさらされていると積雪が現実味を帯びてくる。

Tomorrow's interview crosses my mind.
明日の会社での面談時間のことが頭をよぎる。

Tomorrow's morning will so cold.
And train will not be controled on time and crowed becase of snow.
This is when we should use telework but there are some people who think best option of communication  is face to face.

明日朝はきっと冷え込むだろう。
そして雪の影響で電車はダイヤの乱れや混雑が予想される。
こういう時こそ在宅勤務の活用どきだと思うのだが、出社してこそコミニュケーションが取れるのだと考えてる人が一定数いるのも事実だ。

I feel I should adupt to the atmosphere around me becase of I am just teammember.

But I hope company and community gradual change atmosphere “Let’s work at home tommorow becase tommorow will snow”.

自分の会社の立ち位置がまだまだ低いので、なんとなく全体の雰囲気に合わせる傾向があるけれど、「明日は在宅っしょ」という雰囲気に徐々に社会も会社も変わっていけば良いなあ。
