Looking for 'Mood Booster'

皆さんこんにちは ٱلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ
It's been a while since then, and I haven't posted anything yet

And today, I'm interested in writing about "Mood Booster"

Have you ever heard of this term?
I myself, only understood what it meant when I was in high school

My friends always say about it like, "Because that's my mood booster"
Or
"Where are you going?"
"Looking for a mood booster"

Like that

Since then, I learned its meaning and know that mood booster is something (whether thing/activity/object) to improve mood, be happier or cheerful.
Like when we have a problem, feel tired, or are in a bad mood, then have a desire/signal from ourselves to want to do something.
For example, like suddenly wanting to buy ice cream, and eating sweet or spicy foods.

Wait a minute, why is it only food... 😂

Besides food, activities you like can also be a mood booster. Such as sports, playing with friends, family, or pets. Also taking a nap, listen to music, and many more! Isn't it interesting?
Recognizing our own mood booster helps us to control our mood when we have a bad day.

So, have you noticed it yet?
The habits that you often do to bring back the mood.

I myself am a lover of spicy food, but I am always on the lookout for something sweet to uplift the mood. Chocolate, for example ( ˘͈ ᵕ ˘͈♡)

I say it proudly. But still, something in excess is not good. So, don't consume too much chocolate under the pretext of looking for a mood booster ya know.
