Those stamps are located outside the gate, (the area where you buy tickets)  and all you have to do is press those stamps on a sheet that's being distributed and head to Yokohama Station to claim the prizes!
* Prizes can be claimed from 10:00 A.M to 4:00 P.M

How do I start?

Look around a station in JR East and check the pamphlet areas- Nearly all stations should be distributing the sheet (pamphlet). Otherwise, they should have one near the stamp. If you don't see one, ask a station staff near by.
"Pokémon Stamp Rally Pamphlet please"-say these words slowly and clearly and they should be able to understand.
*1 sheet per a person please!

Finding the stamps

All of the stamps are located outside of the gate. Hop on a train, get out of the gate, find the stamp, press the stamp, go through the gate and hop on a train.  14 out of 15 stamps are available while the stations are open, (which means that they are available from the first train to the last train) but be mindful of Shibuya, the stamps are only available from 7:00A.M to 10:00 P.M.

*If you see the something like board below, it means that you're close to the stamp. Yay!
* Each station has only one place for the stamp. Some stations has several exits, so I recommend you check which exit you have to go out.
