To cook or not to cook

So since I've been staying home as much as possible me and my boyfriend have been eating at home a lot. Honestly we used to eat out a lot and maybe only cooked at home about once a week. And when I say we cooked, I mean my boyfriend cooked lol. He cooks and I clean! I often work late at night as well, so sometimes I get home and he makes me a late dinner (shout out to my bf for being awesome). Now our fridge is more full of food than it's ever been before.

I would cook some but it's surprisingly difficult to find some American ingredients. Even flour is different here! Also a lot of American recipes require an oven, a lot more than I realized. I tried making grilled cheese sandwiches (a favorite of mine) and I didn't notice that the cheese wasn't even 100% cheddar cheese, which is what I usually use. It was still good but not exactly right.

I also love ordering off of Uber Eats! Probably too much! It's so convenient when we don't want to cook or don't feel like going out though. Do you cook or order take out? Any suggestion for easy things I can try to cook?
