京都旅行 1泊2日レポ part2
【その1 嵐山】
２日目は嵐山へ向かった。電車でホテルの最寄りの二条城駅から嵯峨嵐山駅へ。かなり人が多かった。さすがは人気観光地。外国人観光客がほとんどいない今でも、これだけ集客されるのだ。そんな人混みすらも、旅行をワクワクさせる要素の1つだ。
駅からは、歩いて竹林へ向かうことにした。駅周辺にはかなり多くの土産物屋や飲食店が。道中、その中から美味しそうな芋けんぴを発見して買い、歩きながら食べた。かなり美味しいし、「旅行」って感じだ。
Second day, we went to Arashiyama. We went for Saga-Arashiyama station from Nijo-jo station, which is near our hotel, by train. It was so crowded, we thought that was worthy of the tourist spot.
Now, there wasn’t foreign travelers, but a lot of Japanese travelers came there. Even such a crowd of people made us exciting.
We walked to the bamboo forests from the station. There were a lot of souvenirs shops near the station. On the way to the bamboo forest, we bought some “Imokenpi”, it’s fried sweet potatoes, and we ate them. It was so good, and it was really like “travel”.
竹林はたとえ人が多くてもなんとなく荘厳な雰囲気だ。そして少し涼しい感じがする。時々、観光客を乗せた人力車が私たちを追い越していく。まるでタイムスリップしたかのような気分になる。
The bamboo forests was very solemn atmosphere even if there were many people. And it was a little breeze. Sometimes, some jinriikisha, which travelers ride on, passed us. It made me feel time slip.
しばらく歩いていくと、天龍寺に到着。天竜寺に入って散策をすることにした。
天龍寺は飲食厳禁。急いで芋けんぴを片付ける。
ここは本当に紅葉が本当に美しい。京都はやはり紅葉シーズンに来るに限る。
After we walked for a while, we arrived at Tenryu-Ji temple. We decided to wander in Tenryu-Ji temple. We can't eat anythingI the temple, so we ate Imokenpi quickly.
The landscape of the autumn leaves was so beautiful. The autumn leaves season is the best season to go to Kyoto.
天龍寺は世界遺産にもなっている名勝だ。この曹源池庭園がおそらく一番有名な景色だろう。夏に来れば良い避暑地のような雰囲気。秋はこのような美しさ。
Tenryu-Ji temple is one of the world heritage sites. This is SOGENCHI-TEIEN garden. It’s a Japanese traditional garden style. And I think it’s the most famous landscape. If we come here in summer, it looks like somewhere cool spot. In autumn, it’s very beautiful.
ひととおり天龍寺の散策をした後は渡月橋へ移動した。渡月橋はかなりの人出。コロナ禍とは思えぬ盛況ぶりだった。（2020年11月）渡った先の嵐山公園にある「戸隠」でランチ。京都なのに「戸隠」という名前のお蕎麦屋さん。京都らしさは薄かったかもしれないが、座敷に通してもらい、歩き疲れを癒やすことができるほっとできるお店だった。
We went to Togetsu-kyo bridge after we’d walked around Tenryu-ji Temple. Togetsu-kyo bridge was so crowded. I couldn’t believe it was during pandemic.(Nov. 2020) We had lunch at “Togakushi”, which is soba restaurant in Arashiyama park. Togakushi is name of the area which is in Nagano prefecture. It was not Kyoto-like, but we could relieve the weariness to sit down.
渡月橋を戻り、新八茶屋で有名なジェラートを堪能。抹茶だけでなく、黒豆きなこや嵯峨豆腐など、京都らしい味も！
なかなかの大きさだったので、女3人でひとつ。賞を取ったこともあるジェラートでかなり美味しかった。
We’re back to Togetsu-kyo bridge, and we ate famous gelatos in Kyoto. They didn’t have only matcha taste but also Kyoto-like taste, like black soy-beans taste and Saga-Tofu taste!
It was a little big, so only one gelato for the three people. They got a prize, so it was so nice.
その後は嵐山駅周辺でお土産物色。つけもの「もり」で、いくつか漬物を購入。やはり京都といえばお漬物が超美味！また、嵐山昇龍苑なる建物には品のあるお土産店が軒を連ねていて、非常に魅力的。辻利や八橋などの定番お菓子から焼き物まで…。ここである程度お土産物は片付く予感。
また、風車も飾られていて、おしゃれで本当に素敵。
After that, we walked around near Arashiyama-station and bought some souvenirs. We bought some Tsukemono—Japanese pickles — at “Mori” which is Japanese pickles shop. Kyoto’s Tsukemono is so good. And there were some fabulous shops in the building named Arashiyama Syoryuen. There were Tsujii —Kyoto’s famous tea shop, Yatsuhashi shops, and some ceramic ware shops... We could get all of souvenirs.
嵐山で1日を過ごし、その日は夕食の予約をした「京料理 西陣 齊 阿うん」へ。住宅地にあるお店のようで、タクシーを使って向かう。
We hanged out at Arashiyama all day log, and we had dinner at the Kyoto-styled restaurant, “Kyoryori Nishijin Sai Aun”. It was in residential area, we went there by taxi.
かなり品のあるお店…。中に入っても個人宅のような落ち着いた雰囲気で完全個室。本当に素敵なお店…！そして雰囲気だけでなく、お料理も最高！
The restaurant was so classy. It was fabulous atmosphere. And dishes were wonderful too!

めちゃくちゃに綺麗、かつ「これぞまさに！」な京料理の数々。特に水物のみかん饅頭は見ているだけでも可愛いすぎる！
食事中、料理長がご挨拶に来てくれるサービスも。かなりお話好きな料理長で面白かった。go to eatキャンペーンがないとなかなか来れない名店かもしれない。でもぜひ再度行きたい名店だった。
These were so beautiful and like the Kyoto-styled dishes. Especially, the orange Manju, dessert was so cute!
During the dinner, the head chef came to our table, and we talked. He liked to talk, it was fun. I’d like to go there again.
