I’m working in small company from a big company.

Basic info of current job:
Members around 80 people
Some departments are in other area out side of Tokyo
From March departments independent and, become one each company.
So it becomes holding that shacho said.
Currently I think 3rd companies are held by main original company.


The first week I had issues about this work.
No break and no time card.
For me it was a huge problem. So no time card means no history of working.
In my salary 20hours OT is included.
But as you can see no time card no paying if it’s over 20hours.
I mean yes it’s illegal.

So

I  talked about those with HR but shacho made time for me and had meeting.

And his vision is “big” but those basics are not completed, but he never stop and he has been in the position.
Without solving issues.
That is crazy.

And he said he never thought it is okay but he cannot admit who work slow got more money (about over time work).

We have different opinions about how we work.

And he also said we do volunteer work, which is not okay to ask payback.

Today we had whole meeting start from16:30 but finished 19:42(supposed to finish 18:00).
After meeting he left asap but some of them are stay like bring back our losing 2 hours.
I think This time is needed how the company is going to change. But also taking time from us. This meeting happen 1 time in a month. 😥


In the meeting introducing of new positions for people who already had positions. Because departments independented from company so there is people transfer.
And finally this company decided a system timecard.
And his message was strong,
DONT THINK ITS NOTMAL.
IF YOU WANT TO WORK LOKE NORMAL COMPANIES WE DONT NEED YOU. THIS JOB ISNT SUITES YOU.
Don’t forget the passion.

Me was like 😔
Because I want money.
I changed my job was start new life balance of work.
And now shacho said
IF MANY RULES (like time card) EXIST, that made us strict.
So have to be hard work.

I mean ☹️
Just pay like normal company and treat us like normal company.
It’s not deserve me.


Why I’m here

That was his question in the presentation purpose.

Because me here is for earning experience.
It’s kind of bridge for me.
