生活保護受給者の生活保護費では、高過ぎて買えない本も、リストに入れました。申し訳ないですが、余裕のある人はお恵みくださると助かります。
 
本をリストに入れ出したのには、一つ大きな理由がありまして、私の住んでいる区の図書館が本を区で購入しなくなりました。通常であれば図書館は、庶民が手を出せない様な本を購入し、在住者に届ける役目があるのですが、その役目を公的図書館が果たさなくなりました。それ故に高額の本を借りたいとなれば、他区から借りる形になり、、本を読み終えるまでに次の予約者が居なければ継続して借りられる仕組みが完全に機能しなくなりました。それ故に、生活保護受給者では高額で買えない本も、リストに入れせせて頂きました。宜しくお願いします。

There is one major reason why I have included books in the list. The library in my ward no longer purchases books from the ward. Normally, libraries are supposed to purchase books that the general public cannot afford and deliver them to residents, but the public library no longer fulfills that role. Therefore, if one wants to borrow an expensive book, he/she has to borrow it from another ward, and if there is no one to reserve the book before he/she finishes reading it, the system to continue borrowing the book has completely stopped functioning. Therefore, we have included in the list books that are too expensive for welfare recipients to purchase. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
