From Tsukiji fish market to new Toyosu fish market

My first work as a media fixer has enabled me to get more insight about the fish market. Witnessing the end of Tsukiji fish market and the new opening of Toyosu fish market is something I would never forget in my life. I really got emotional on the last day of the Tsukiji fish market - seeing the end of the history of the infamous wholesale market and then seeing the first day of Toyosu fish market, interviewing the intermediary wholesalers - I was overwhelmed by the very precious opportunity.
