【Wine Report vol.1】

Hi, guys!

This time, I'll write the report about wine party which is held yesterday within 30min.

I evaluated only palate by using WSET style.

I can study it thanks to the person who has WSET Level4.

①Bourgogne/Domonique Laurent

Country: France

Variety: Pinot Noir 100%

Year: 2015

(1)Sweetness　Dry

Wine has no sugar

(2)Acidity　High

Attack is soft but acidity is sharp.

(3)Tannin

the level of tannin is low, wine has rough tannin

(4)Alcohol

Medium 13%

(5)Body

Light

Low rough tannin gives wine  the impression of light and thin.

(6)Flavour intensity and characteristics　

Medium 　I feel gamey flavour.

(7)Finish　Medium

②Perinet Merit

Country: Spain

Variety:

33% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Merlot, 25% Syrah,
5% Grenache, 5% Carignan

Year:2015

Dry  Wine has no sugar

(2）Acidity　

Medium 

Attack is soft and after it spreads throughout

(3)Tannin　

The level of tannin is high. It has smooth tannin and it causes my mouth dry up.  But it comfortable. 

(4)Alcohol　High 15% 

After taste it, I felt so hot in my body.

(5)Body　Medium+ 

 The impression of wine is heavy because the level of tannin is strong.  But compare Bordeaux wine, it is close to Medium.

(6)Flavour intensity and characteristics　

Low

I feel gamey flavour but it has primary aroma.

(7)Finish　Low　

The thing it impressed is alcohol. But instead of it, there isn't the impression of aroma.
