コルクアート第84作品は、カリフォルニアのトップワイナリー、ハーラン・エステートの創業者ビル・ハーラン氏です

1984年創業、今年でワイナリー設立40周年のお祝いとして、日本の輸入代理店で同じ歴史を持つ中川ワインの中川一三会長・中川誠一郎社長からのサプライズギフトとしてご依頼を承り、現地ワイナリーに寄贈致しました

制作にあたり事前にハーランのワイナリーからどっさりとコルクが届き、Harlan Estateをはじめ同ブランドのBond, Promontryの複数年のワインのコルクを色とりどりふんだんに用いて描きました

カリフォルニアワインの中で最もクオリティが高く、同時に高額な価格で取引されるワインで、僕自身とても憧れていた世界最高峰のワイナリーに、まさかコルクアート作品を展示いただく機会が訪れるなんて...本当に夢のような出来事です

ワイン消費から生まれるコルクアートでもう一度世界と再接続できる。ここに活動が完熟しました

The 84th piece of cork art is Bill Harlan, founder of Harlan Estate, a top winery in California!

In celebration of the 40th anniversary of the winery's establishment in 1984, we received a request from Mr. Ichizo Nakagawa, Chairman and Mr. Seiichiro Nakagawa, President of Nakagawa Wine, a Japanese import agent with the same history, as a surprise gift and donated it to their winery.

I received too much corks from the Harlan winery in advance, and draw them using corks from Harlan Estate, Bond, and Promontory wines from multiple years of the same brand in a variety of colors.

I never thought that I would have the opportunity to exhibit my cork artwork at the world's best winery, which is the highest quality and the most expensive wine in California wine, and which I myself admire so much.... It is truly a dream come true!

We can reconnect with the world once again through cork art created from wine consumption. This is where our activities have become Fully ripe.
