今日は仕事で大きなミスをしてしまった。終日落ち込んだ。やってしまったことは仕方ないが、それでも落ち込んでしまう。ピンチに人間の真価が問われるというが本当だと思う。こういう時にどんな振る舞いをすればまだわからないけど、少なくとも落ち込んだままでいるのはよくないと思い、その後の作業に専念するようにしている。小さな成功が大きな成功に繋がるのであれば小さな失敗も大きな失敗に繋がる。自分の中で気の迷いがあったのだろう。少し目を閉じて落ち着こう。そんな1日。

I made a big mistake at work today. I was depressed all day. I can't help what I did, but I still feel depressed. I think it's true what they say that a person's true worth is tested in a pinch. I still don't know how to behave in such situations, but at least I know that it is not good to stay depressed, so I try to concentrate on the work afterwards. If small successes lead to big successes, then small failures lead to big failures. I must have been losing my mind. Let's close our eyes and calm down a little. Such is the day.
