The abortion constitution was elected in 1973 by the supreme court, which protects a woman's liberty to have babies. This court's decision is named Roe v. Wade. The reason why this law was overtaken was the system of the supreme court. The judges on the court consist of 9 people, sorting into half conservative and half liberal people. However, former President D.Trump, a part of the republican, decided on new judge members when some resigned, so since then, the court has had more conservative judges than liberal judges. This background made abortion outlawed.
