Tips about time management

I can't say how many cases I take in a month because each project is different. I tend to take everything that comes in, assessing and determining if I can handle the new assignment at that moment. I don't have any tips I can share regarding time management, but as I get older with less ability to concentrate, I feel I don't want to get too busy. I don't want to put myself in a situation where deadlines are constantly chasing me. I want to pursue deadlines but not the other way around.
