Today, I'm going to tell you that this English Broadcasting is the 100th times of anniversary! I never thought that I would be able to continue broadcasting this programme. Thank you for your support as always. From the next programme, I will update once a month. I hope you will enjoy listening!
 
Well, I'm going to talk about the purpose of life. Do you have your own purpose in your life? Why are you here and how are you living at now? I think life is complicated and full of 'why'. Pablo Picasso, a famous painter, says 'the meaning of life is to find your gift. the purpose of life is to give it away'. Have you found your gift yet? If so, you don't worry. All you have to do is to keep honoring your skill or talent all your life, give it to others and be happy.
 
I've heard that your talent is something you can do a little better than other people. For example, it is something you can run faster, play baseball much better like Otani Shohei, sing better, swim better, cook better, draw better than the others. If you find your talent, I'd advise you to keep doing it for as long as you can. Because most people can't do it for that long, they don't have the chance or the time to refine their talent. Many people give up on refining their talent because they have to work for a living, raise their child and so on. But it seems that you don't have to worry too much about dealing with your own talent in the 100-year life. Even after retirement, you still have about 40 years! Now that you can try out the things you have been longing to do.
 
When you are doing something you like, you forget about time and are eager to do the things you want to do. Gradually, you will learn how to enjoy life to the fullest and forget your real age! Here we go!
 
As Gerard Chaudry told us, that the value of life is not how many things you collect as much as possible but how many things you give to others in the end. I first found and remembered this quote in a book by a Japanese writer, Miura Ayako, I'm so impressed by this quote.
