生まれていることに感謝

今日もまた朝から動いている。そんな時の言葉を書きとめている。今日は色々と準備をして身体が鍛えられた。そんなタンパク質をとるのにカニカマを食べた。そんな時に自分が帝王切開で生まれたとわかった。妻がいる前で言わなくても良いのにと思った。でもまあ言うことに余裕がなかったのだと感じた。それも含めて生きているということに感謝なのだと思った。

I'm moving again this morning. I am writing down the words of such a moment. Today I prepared a lot of things and my body worked out. I ate crab cakes to get such protein. That's when I found out I was born by C-section. I wished I didn't have to tell my wife in front of her. But I felt, well, I didn't have time to tell her. I felt that I was grateful to be alive, including that.
