4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven, with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and “with the *trump of God”: and the dead in Christ shall rise first;

*trump = trumpet = ラッパ＝切り札

4:16 すなわち、合図の号令がかかり、大天使の声が聞こえて、神の*ラッパが鳴り響くと（十楽註：神の*切り札とともに）、主御自身が天から降って来られます。すると、キリストに結ばれて死んだ人たちが、まず最初に復活し、

4:17 then we that are alive, that are left, shall together with them be caught up in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

4:17 それから、わたしたち生き残っている者が、空中で主と出会うために、彼らと一緒に雲に包まれて引き上げられます。このようにして、わたしたちはいつまでも主と共にいることになります。

まさしく、神のトランプ（切り札）とともに、神のトランペットが鳴り響き、人びとがアセンション（意識の次元上昇）を果たす、という現象の暗示にほかなりません。

For this corruptible must put on incorruption,
and this mortal must put on immortality.

コリントの信徒への手紙１　第15章51〜53節

わたしはあなたがたに神秘を告げます。
わたしたちは皆、眠りにつくわけではありません。わたしたちは皆、今とは異なる状態に変えられます。

最後の*ラッパが鳴るとともに、たちまち、一瞬のうちにです。
*ラッパが鳴ると、死者は復活して朽ちない者とされ、わたしたちは変えられます。

この朽ちるべきものが朽ちないものを着、この死ぬべきものが死なないものを必ず着ることになります。
