#176 若い人と忘年会(Youngers just want to drink more than elders?)

パーティーシーズンがやってきましたね（？）シンガポールでも日本人コミュニティーでは忘年会の予定とかが入ってきました。オフィスでもクリスマスパーティーとかの予定が。コロナの間全く行われていなかったので、クリスマスパーティーをやるとしたら２年ぶり。ちょっと楽しみ。基本的にうちのメンバーは騒ぐの好きだし、楽しかった思い出しかないですが、これは２年やらなかったことで記憶改ざんされているかしら？

日本は悪名高き（？）会社の忘年会ですが、今年は開催されていくのでしょうか？コロナの状況次第？これを機に忘年会という制度（？？）廃れていくのか。。。なんだかんだ言って前回の記事（ここ）でも社内イベントいらないってなってたし。いや、でも忘年会。。。？

株式会社ライボ（2022）によると、2020年の11%、2021年の19%から2022年の今年は31%くらいまで回復しそうとのこと。。。おー。まだまだ低いですね、2018年は74%の実施率だったということなので。半分以下か。うん？あれ2019年がだいぶ低いな（50%）。2019年の年末ってもうそんなにコロナの影響で忘年会止めないと！みたいな感じでしたっけ（記憶が薄い）。これひょっとしたら、4年間遡って記憶を聞いている調査なのかしら。。。いや、僕の記憶がバグっている可能性のほうが大きい（笑）少なくともシンガポールではまだまだ全く動いてなかったレベルだった気がする。

ちなみに年代別に忘年会を行うことに賛成か反対かを聞いた右のグラフでは、年齢が高くなるに連れて賛成の割合が減っている。これはこれは。個人的には何なら、年齢が高いほうがやりたがっているのかと思っていたら、そうでもないのか？職場の忘年会は若い人のほうがやりたがらないのかと思っていたら、逆の結果。これは、普通に若い人は飲みたいみたいな健康的（？）な結果かも知れない。正常正常。

Party season in Japan is almost there. We have a habit called Bonen-kai which is basically year end party. Being even in Singapore, I have few planned in some Japanese community. Also we are planning to have offline Christmas party in the office which we couldn't have for 2 years. I'm honestly looking forward to it… Basically we are fun loving and I have lots of good memories from it Lol. Maybe my memory has been nicely revised due to pandemic…

I'm wondering if Bonen-kai will be held in Japan this year? Japan seems not to be fully recovered from COVID and basically company Bonen-kai is kind of controversial which not many people want to join to it. Is this going to disappear? Anyway as mentioned in the last post (Here), it seems Japanese are not very keen to joint to company event. Ummm, even once a year Bonen-kai??

According to Laibo (2022), efficacy rate of Bonen-kai was 11% in 2020 and 19% of 2021 then it seems people are expecting 31% in 2022. Oh. Its still much lower than 2018, almost half of it. Ops. Is 2019 50%? I assume it was before COVID in Japan?? Was the mood that people had feeling that Bonen-kai had to be postponed at the time? I'm wondering if the survey asking people about memories 4 years ago which seems to be a bit difficult to remember accurately(Maybe)… Or something wrong with my memory (Likely).

By the way, right chart is to describe if people agree on having it this year or not by age group. The higher the age, the lower intention of having it goes down… Oh. I personally though it would be the other way around. But it seems it is not. Youngers want to have it more than elders.. Maybe it is the simply healthy result that youngers want to drink Lol. Yes, it is very normal! Hahahaha.
