#43 引越した理由は結構違う (Why did you move under COVID?)

引っ越しをしました（#25参照）。シンガポールに９年住んでいて２回目の引っ越しなのです。シンガポールでは家具付きの家に引っ越しているので、自分のものだけ動かす引越し。引越し業者さんが荷詰めも行ってくれるプランにしました。６人ほどがあっという間に家のものをダンボールに詰め込んで１時間半ほどで終了しました。もちろん、思い出の写真とかで時間を取られている暇もない。凄い。早い。安い。

そういえば日本にいたときには更新のたびに引っ越していて、引っ越し貧乏だったなぁ。日本広いなぁ（シンガポール狭い）。引越し先選ぶの大変だった。今日本に帰ったらどこに引っ越すのかを考えながら日本の賃貸情報を見るのは結構な趣味だったりします。今回僕は在宅ワークをきっかけに働きやすい家に引っ越そうというのが動機だったのですが、この間日本での引っ越し事情はどうなっているのだろう。

クロス・マーケティング社が「引越ししたきっかけ」についてコロナ前とコロナ後を比較した調査結果を発表しています。それによるとほとんどのライフステージに関連した選択肢が下がっている中、「今までよりも良い物件」をみつけたという理由が大きくスコアを伸ばしているという結果となっている。ほう。

そもそも結婚した人が例年よりは少なそう（ですよね）。え、でも離婚したという理由も若干少ない。離婚した人も例年よりも少なかったのだろうか。まさか、コロナは家庭内の平和に貢献したのか（ポジティブ）。進学や就職もすごく少ないですが、そもそも就職した人が少ない、、訳ではないですよね、やっぱり。

こうみると、この中でも引越しを考えた人には僕のように、在宅のために広めの家、とか都心から離れるみたいな人が多かったのかもしれない。

I moved (refer to #25). 2nd moving in 9 year life in Singapore. I basically move to fully furnished room, so I didn't need to move any of hard wares. (In Japan, rooms are seldom furnished.) 6 movers came to pack my stuffs. They completed it within 1 and half hours and I didn't even have time to be distracted by my past photos. Fast and Cheap compared with Japan.

Thinking of it, I used to move every time when contract is over and waste money for the frequent movings. Compared with Singapore, Japan is too big to choose the place to move to. That decision was tough. By the way, I love looking at property information in Japan. I enjoy having a look at those considering that where I would move if I go back to Japan. While This time I moved to find a better place for WFH, I'm wondering how the motivation in Japan for moving would be like under pandemic.

Cross marketing (2021) shows "why did you decide to move" in Japan comparing 2021 with 2019. It shows that most of life stage relation motivation dropped in 2021 while "Found a better property" increase a lot. Interesting.

Honestly I assume the number of marriage in Japan was lesser than past. Oh, "Divorce etc" also decreased. Did the number of divorce decreased? Then did COVID contribute to peace in household? (too positive). Also New education/graduation decreased, hope it is not because people who graduated and got a job decreased...

Well, I confirmed there were people who moved because they wanted to have bigger space for WFH or escaped from city area to rural area. Sound reasonable.
