オランダの鍼灸師会的なのに入れるか①

オランダの健康保険は民間の保険会社によって提供されています。
だからといってアメリカのように保険に入らないという選択肢があるわけではなく、健康保険加入は法的に義務付けられているようです。

保険の種類：
加入必須の標準プラン（basisverzekering）一般的な医療全般
加入任意の追加プラン（aanvullende verzekering）歯科、眼鏡、物理療法、代替医療など

健康保険について詳しいことは他の方がブログ等にまとめてくれてますので気になる方はお調べください。
ここでは鍼治療と健康保険についてまとめていきます。

鍼治療は代替医療として一部の追加プランでカバーされていて、利用できる条件や金額上限はプランによってまちまちのようです。ただし、保険適用となる鍼治療は認定されたオランダの鍼系団体に所属している鍼師から受けたものである必要があるようです。

NVAの登録ページはなぜか英語翻訳されないのでとりあえずZhongに問い合わせてみました。

To become a member of Zhong we need to receive the following information/documents:

-Application form (“Inschrijfformulier”), added for you in the enclosure
-A copy of the TCM Diploma(s) including study hours and study results: if necessary an official translation in English of Dutch is to be added
-A copy of a Diploma Western Medical Basic knowledge (copy)
-International Diploma Evaluation (“Internationale Diplomawaardering”) from NUFFIC or IDW (de www.nuffic.nl or www.idw.nl , websites are also in English).
-A copy of a Current First aid certificate (for application it is allowed to have a proof of application to a First aid course within 6 months after application)
-A copy of the Certificate of Good Conduct (“Bewijs van Goed Gedrag”): application form is available at our secretariat.

When we receive all the documents we will send your file to the assessment committee, they will give an agree, advice or rejection.

With a foreign (non-Dutch) diploma the route to become a member of Zhong goes by way of a ballot. During the ballot you present 5 cases from your own practice showing your knowledge and skills in the TCM discipline you want to be registered for. 2 experienced members of Zhong will be present to discuss the cases with you.

The procedure to become a member is in chronological order as followed:

We receive your application form. With the application form you send us copies of your diplomas (TCM and WMB). You receive our invoice for the registration fee, € 40,-
After having received your payment of the registration fee your file – when complete – will be sent to the admission committee for assessment.
After approval of the admission committee you will receive an invitation for the ballot. A ballot costs € 100, to be paid in advance. You will receive an invoice by then.
After a successful ballot you will receive the invoice for the membership fee, insurance, shield, etc.
After having received your payment, you will be registered as a member of Zhong and receive your license, shield, etc.

For a complete file a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is compulsory. A First Aid Certificate can be added within 6 month after your registration as a member of Zhong.

For practicing members we supply two insurances, a professional liability insurance and a legal aid insurance. A professional liability insurance is compulsory for practicing members, a legal aid insurance is strongly recommended. If you wish either of these insurances through your membership of Zhong, you can indicate that on the application form. Fees are also mentioned on the application form.

As a member of Zhong you have to arrange the following too:

Subscription at Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel);
BTW-number (V.A.T. number) at the tax collector’s office;
AGB-codes at VEKTIS (www.agbcode.nl): a code for yourself as a therapist and a code for your practice). You can start this procedure only after you received your registration number as a member of Zhong.

日本の場合は国家資格だから学校の卒業証明や成績証明は無くても良いか確認してみましたが、これは必須との回答を頂きました。私の学校の場合、卒業証明は英文で申請できましたが単位修得証明は日本語のみ、卒後5年以上経っていると成績証明は発行不可だったのでとりあえず揃えられるものだけ揃えました。

４．に進む前に鍼の免許と単位修得証明を公認翻訳してもらう必要がります。知り合いに翻訳者を紹介してもらいましたが銀行口座がまだできていないので口座が出来たら依頼する予定です。

日本の場合は２．と同じ。

４．International Diploma Evaluation (“Internationale Diplomawaardering”) from NUFFIC or IDW

２．で翻訳してもらう鍼の免許と単位修得証明＋英文の卒業証明を送る予定。

５．A copy of a Current First aid certificate

申し込み申請後６か月以内で良かったみたいだが暇なので既に取得してきました。救急救命講習を提供している団体はいくつかあるみたいですが、私はアムステルダムの赤十字で受けてきました。月１くらいであるみたいです。

６．A copy of the Certificate of Good Conduct

これは役所に申請するようですが他の書類が整ったらやる予定。

とりあえず８月１５日現時点ではここまで。また進捗状況をアップします。
