インターン自己紹介

　こんにちは。JCFinanceでインターンをさせていただいている富士 茜音です。今回は、JCFinanceに興味を持ってくださっている方や、これからJCFinanceにインターンにくる学生さんに向けて、簡単に私の自己紹介をさせていただきます。

・元AIESEC (学生団体)
・4月から 東京のITベンチャーに就職

〈興味があること〉
労働問題/ジェンダー/ファッション/音楽/海外/異文化

〈これまでの活動〉
大学時代はほとんどの時間をAIESECという海外インターンプログラムを運営する学生団体に費やしていました。私自身がインドのインターンに参加したり、新規インターンプログラム作成のチームリーダーをするなどしました。

AIESECを卒業してからは、タイのコットン農場や縫製の現場を見学させてもらったり、生産背景について考えながら買い物をする「エシカル消費」を紹介するイベントをするなどしました。

現在は、日本で服のシェアを気軽にすることができるようになることを目指して、実際に服を貸し出してみたり、インタビューをしたりしています。

〈参加理由〉
①カンボジアについて知りたかったからです。私は海外にいくのが好きで、その地域の暮らしや文化に興味があります。実際に来てみると、アプリでトゥクトゥクが呼べたり、フィンテックが一部日本より進んでいたり、一方で電車があまり発展していなかったり、この3日だけでも発見がたくさんありました。東南アジアの中でも違いがあり興味深いです。

②もう1つはスキルアップです。ビジネス経験のある方が立ち上げられたベンチャー企業で、また人種を超えた人々が協働し合う環境で、そして社会的インパクトに重きを置いている会社で、働きたいと思いました。課題を１つづつ解決しきる力や、PDCAを早く回す力を伸ばしたいと思っています。立ち上げ間もないJCFinaneだからこそ色々挑戦することができると思っています。

JCFinanceには2/18-3/18まで滞在します。

Hello. I'm Akane Fuji, an intern at JCFinance.
This time, I would like to introduce myself !

・Affiliation：Kobe university (4th) / Former AIESEC / Japanese IT company
・Interest：Labor Issues / Gender / Fashion / Music / Overseas / Intercultural
・Past activities：
◼︎During college I spent most of my time at AIESEC, a student organization that runs an international internship program. I myself participated in internships in India, participated in international conferences, and worked on creating a new internship program as a leader of a team of eight.
◼︎ After graduating from AIESEC, held an event in Japan to introduce “ethical consumption” where I shopped while thinking about the production background.
・Reason for participation：
① I wanted to know about the country of Cambodia. When I actually came, I could call TukTuk on the app, fintech was partly ahead of Japan, and there were many discoveries in the last three days. 
② The other is skill up. I wanted to work in a startup company with people with business experience, and in an environment where people of all ethnicities collaborated. I want to improve my ability to solve issues one by one and to turn PDCA quickly. I believe that JCFinane, which has just been launched, can take on various challenges.
・I will stay at JCFinance 2/18 to 3/18.
