The Game Developers Conference is coming to San Francisco
「Game Developer Conference (GDC)がサンフランシスコで開催されます。」
on March 16 through the 20th.
「3/16から20日まで。」
5日間のカンファレンスなんですね。
Everything kicks off with the Google for Games DeveloperSummit keynote,
where product leaders from across Google will share the latest announcements for games developers.
「Developer Summit Keynoteから始まります。」
あれ、イベント名はGame Developpers Conferenceで、キーノートにはGame DeveloperSummitって名前が付いてるの？と思ったのですが、そのまま次の文を聞いていきましょう。
After the keynote,

and learn how to use Google solutions
to create great games, connect with more players, and scale your business.

「キーノートの後、2日間、セッションに参加出来ます」
あれれ、5日間やるんじゃないの？とここでも疑問。
これはGDC2020のランディングページに行くと、意味が分かります。"Game Developer Conference"は"Developer Summit"2日間と"Expo Booth"3日間を合わせたイベントのようです。
Developer News Showは短いニュースなので、このようにトピックについて知らないと理解できないこともありますが、詳しく知りたければいずれにしてもリンクを見ることになるので、この程度の疑問は流して聞き続けましょう。

Flashing Builds fom the Android Open Source Project (Android)
To support Android Open Source Project, or AOSP, developers,
「Android Open Source Project (AOSP)開発者を支援するために」
略語を説明するのに"or"を使っていますね。
we're launching the Android Flash Tool,
「Android Flash Toolをローンチしているところです」
Android Flash Toolはリリース済みなので"launched"と過去形で良い気がするのですが、ここでは進行形を使っていますね。今まさにローンチしているところですよ、というニュアンスだと思います。
which allows you to flash devices with builds
「ビルドされたバイナリをデバイスに書き込むことが出来る」
which節でAndroid Flash Toolの説明をしています。"flash"は「書き込む」。"builds"は「ビルドされたもの」のことですね。どちらも一般的な言葉の意味ではないので、何も知らないと「？」になりますね。
続いてのthat節で"builds"について説明しています。
that are listed in the continuous integration dashboard.
「CIダッシュボードにリストされている」
"the continuous integration"は「継続的インテグレーション」で、IT業界では「CI」で通ってますね。
You can use this to test changes in the Android OS,
or test your app for compatibility with the latest AOSP build.
「Android OSのテストや、アプリの互換性をテストするのに使えます」
"compatibility"は「互換性」これも「コンパティビリティ、コンパチ」などカタカナ英語になってますね。
And if you have a browser that supports WebUSB, such as Chrome 79 or Edge 79,
you can flash the Android devices directly from the browser.
「WebUSB仕様をサポートしているブラウザであれば、ブラウザから直接書き込めます」
ここまでツールがどういう形で提供されるかには言及していませんでしたが、ここでブラウザから直接書き込めることを紹介しています。
これは目玉機能なのですが、淡々と表現していますね。
トピック冒頭でも"We are excited/proud to announce .."のような表現は使わず、淡々とした言い回しが好んで使われているようです。

Run Windows Server containers on GKE (Cloud)
You can now run Windows Server containers
on Google Kubernetes Engine.
「GKEでWindows Serverコンテナが使えるようになりました」
In the beta release of Windows Server container support in GKE,
which is version 1.16.4,
Windows and Linux containers can run side by side in the same cluster.
「ベータリリースでは、WindowsとLinuxのコンテナが同じクラスタ内で共存して実行できます」
"side by side"は「並んでいる」の意味ですが、ここではWindowsコンテナとLinuxコンテナを同時に使えるという意味ですね。
"container"や"cluster"は仮想化環境界ではそのまま使われますね。こういう専門用語は「それをそう名付けた」というだけなので、言葉の本来の意味は知っておいたほうがいいですが、訳す必要はないでしょう。
This release also includes several other features,
such as private clusters, node auto upgrades, and a whole lot more.
「このリリースは...のような他の機能も含んでいます」
"private clusters"や"node auto upgrade"も、ここではそういう機能が追加されたんだな、くらいの理解ですね。

What's New In DevTools (Chrome 81) (Web Essentials)
Chrome 81の、DevToolsのアップデート情報です。
Chrome 81 brings a bunch of new updates to DevTools,
「Chrome 81は、DevToolsに多くの更新をお届けします」
"bunch of"はIT業界超頻出イディオムですね。「多くの」を表す表現は"a lot of"を始めいろいろありますが、業界内では"bunch of"が主流です。日本人が英語でプレゼンなどをする場合に"bunch of"を使うとそれだけで業界人っぽさを醸し出せますw
更新には以下を含みます。
including Moto G4 support in device mode, updates to how cookies are displayed in the Cookie pane, more accurate web app manifest icons, and more.
最近いろいろと話題になっているcookie、manifest周りでの更新があるようですね。

FIDO U2FとFIDO2はどちらもセキュリティキーの標準仕様ですね。

「Nordic chipドングルに書き込んで、独自の開発者キーを作れます」
"Nordic chip dongle"ノルディックは半導体のメーカーで、そのチップの開発用ボードのことですね。"dongle"はコンピュータに差し込んで使う小型のデバイスのことを指し、そのまま「ドングル」といいますね。

"under the hood"は"hood"が車のボンネットのことで「ボンネットの下で」から来ていて、「（機器などの）中で」の意味で使われます。

「マシンラーニングのプロジェクトは、良いハイパーパラメーターの選択に極めて依存することが多いです」
"crucially"「決定的に、極めて」。
Keras Tuner is an easy-to-use distributable parameter optimization framework
「Keras Tunerは使いやすく、分配可能なパラメーター最適化フレームワークです」
"easy-to-use"は一単語のように扱われていますね。次のthat節でそのフレームワークについて説明しています。
that solves the pain points of performing a hyper parameter search.
「ハイパーパラメーター探索をする際の面倒なところを解決する」
"pain"「痛み、苦痛」の"point"なので「痛みや苦痛をともなう点」ですね。

"end-to-end"はIT業界だと端末間のことを指す場合が多いですが、ここでは「最初から最後まで詳しく説明した」というような意味でしょう。"custom training loop"は、ビルトインされている学習ループではなく独自の、という意味ですね。このあたりも専門的な話なので、わからない場合はサラッと流しましょう。
DevFest on demand (GDG)

「DevFest On Demandはいつでも世界中のどこからでも、DevFestの講演を見れるようにします」
DevFestは世界各地でその地域のGDGが主体となって開催しているDeveloper Conferenceですね。
These educational sessions feature local developers from all over the world
who are part of the Google Developer Groups community.
「この教育的なセッションは、GDGコミュニティに参加している、世界中の地域開発者をフィーチャーしています」
"feature"は「主役にする」とも訳せますが、「フィーチャー」のほうがニュアンスが伝わるような気がします。ここでは、Googlerではなく、各地の開発者がプレゼンしている、ということを言っているのだと思います。
The topics include Cloud, Web, machine learning, mobile, and a whole lot more.

まとめ
今回は長かったのでサクッと流す感じになりましたが、基本的に難しいところはなかったですね。
いくつか専門用語、それも単語としては一般的に使われる単語だけど、この文脈で使うと固有の意味になるような言葉がでてきたので、聞き取りの際はそれを知っているかどうかで聞き取れるか、聞き取れないかが分かれそうです。
ただ、そういった表現の多くは列挙される項目の一つだったりするので、「ああ、そういうものがあるんだな」程度で流せると良いと思います。
