（２）「３スピリチュアリティと文化的影響」から「5スピリチュアルケア」までの纏め

<スピリチュアルと文化的背景>

人間の「生きる力」は、その人の生まれた地域の文化的要素によって影響を受ける。

<スピリチュアルの範囲について>

スピリチュアルの範囲について、その他の概念を引用することで分類が可能である。多くの研究があり、その分類仕分けについて、そのゾーニングの定義により解釈が異なっている。例えば、霊的・宗教的スピリチュアルの定義により、分類することも可能である。

<スピリチュアルケア>

ここでも、スピリチュアルの範囲に応じて、ケア（ヒーリング・治療・よくすること・寄り添うこと・向き合うこと）が行われることがある。例えば、比霊的・非宗教的スピリチュアルケアとして、芸術作品に触れることや、認知行動療法などがあげられる。また、哲学的アプローチからのスピリチュアルケアもあり、例えば、村田理論といわれる実存主義・現象学的立場を用いてケアがされている。命の長さを実感させ、有限であることを哲学的にアプローチし、前向きに生きられる、少しでも哲学的な人生の充実を図ろうとする手段である。

 

<自分の見解>

確かに、年齢が上がるにつれて、過去の思い出の量や記憶が増えることで、いわゆるスピリチュアルの概念が変化し、その概念のエントロピーが拡大する傾向にある。そこで、人間は、選択肢が増えることで迷いが生じ、変化や挑戦することに保守的になる傾向があるのではないか。守りに入るということである。その結果として、誰にも訪れる「死」というエンディングに対して、どう認識するか、どのように向かい合うかなどの不安要素が問題化し、顕在化してくる。問題解決の手段として、「スピリチュアル」もその一つなのであろう。今回のスピリチュアルの定義によれば、世の中すべて物をスピリチュアルで関連させることや、あらゆるものにスピリチュアルが連結しているイメージを持つことで、個々人の持っている内面へアプローチする心理・哲学・診療的なテクニックと言えるのではないか。特に、自己を哲学的に観ることで、何かに立ち向かう際や気持ちの変化が生じた際には、スピリチュアルを活用するのも、自分が納得する未来を軌道修正する役に立つのだろうと思っている。

例えば、最近、タヌキの死骸に群がる２匹のカラスを見て、これをどのようにスピリチュアル的に解釈するのかが気になったところ、たぬきが幸福の象徴だとかカラスが古代エジプトの太陽神であったなど、自己の都合よく解釈することで、いわゆるケア的解決をしているところである。

In particular, by looking at oneself philosophically, I believe that using spirituality when confronting something or changing one's mind can be helpful in changing the course of a future that one is comfortable with.

For example, I recently saw two crows clustering around the carcass of a raccoon dog, and I was wondering how to interpret it spiritually. I am trying to solve the problem in a so-called caring way by interpreting it in my own way, such as the raccoon dog being a symbol of happiness or the crows being the sun gods of ancient Egypt.
