善峯寺をゆるりと回った。貴重な光景を楽しむ 　　I went around Yoshimine-dera slowly. Enjoy the precious sight

山の中腹に位置する善峯寺は3万坪の境内を有し、諸堂を回るのに約30分から40分かかる回遊式境内になっている。諸堂を巡りながら、眺望と四季折々の花や樹木の彩りを楽しめる寺院である。

Located on the mountainside, Yoshimine-dera has a precinct of 30,000 tsubo, and it takes about 30 to 40 minutes to go around the temples. It is a temple where you can enjoy the view and the colors of flowers and trees in each season while visiting the temples.

受付でもらった境内の地図を見ながら回ってみた。
山門をくぐり、正面の本堂(観音堂)には本尊である千手観音像(秘仏)が安置されている。本堂を右に行くと前回紹介した遊龍の松が迎えてくれる。右に護摩堂を眺めながら進むと多宝塔、経堂があり、さらに進むと伝教大師筆の法華経が納められている宝篋印塔、そして善峯寺復興の大檀那である桂昌院廟がある。その横には源算上人の尊像が祀られている開山堂と鎮守社がある。
その後方の斜面には春はしだれ桜、夏は紫陽花が一帯を彩る。その斜面の上には幸福地蔵が安置されている。さらに上っていくと、源算上人の作といわれている釈迦如来が鎮座。そして少し進むと比叡の山々、京の市街地が一望できるところに薬師堂が建つ。ここには桂昌院出生の由緒により出生薬師如来像が納められている。御陵、稲荷社を経て、最終奥の院には阿弥陀堂がある。

I went around while looking at the map of the precincts I got from the reception. Passing through the mountain gate, the main hall (Kannon-do) in front of the main hall is enshrined with the statue of Senjyu Kannon. If you go to the right of the main hall, you will be greeted by the Yuryu pine tree introduced last time. If you go to the right while looking at the Gomadou, you will see the Tahoto and Kyodo, and if you go further, you will see the Hokyointo, where the Lotus Sutra written by the messenger Daishi is stored, and the Keishōin Mausoleum, which is the lord of the reconstruction of Yoshimine-dera. Next to it is Kaisando and Chinjyusha, where the statue of Gensanshonin is enshrined. Weeping cherry blossoms in spring and hydrangeas in summer color the area behind the slopes. Happiness Jizo is enshrined on the slope. Going further up, Shaka Nyorai, who is said to be the work of Gensanshonin, is enshrined. Then, if you go a little further, you will find the Yakushido in a place where you can overlook the mountains of Hiei and the city of Kyoto. The statue of the birth pharmacist Nyorai is housed here due to the history of the birth of Keishōin. After passing through Goryo and Inari Shrine, there is Amida-do in the final inner temple.

こんな順路で歩いてみた。
春の陽射しを受けながら、山の中腹に点在する堂宇を想うがままに見て回ると心も体も清められるような気がする。貴重な時間を過ごさせていただいた。

I walked along this route.
I feel that my mind and body will be cleansed when I look around the Dou scattered on the mountainside while receiving the spring sunlight.
I had a precious time.
