Reasons why you shoud go to Tokyo DisneySea

What is Tokyo DisneySea？

Tokyo DisneySea (東京ディズニーシー, Tōkyō DizunīShī) is a theme park at the Tokyo Disney Resort located in Urayasu, Chiba Prefecture, Japan, just next to Tokyo.[1] It opened on 4 September 2001, at a cost of 335 billion yen.[2] The Oriental Land Company owns the park, and licenses intellectual property from The Walt Disney Company. In 2022, Tokyo DisneySea hosted 10.1 million visitors, making it the eighth-most visited theme park in the world and the third-most visited in Japan.

This is discription of Tokyo DisneySea(TDS) from wikipedia. Did you know that Tokyo Disney Resort is not in Tokyo? Tokyo DisneySea is the first Disney park themed around the sea. So, let's move to about fascinating aspects of TDS.

1. its atmosphere

TDS has 7 areas, they're called "theme ports". Each theme ports has their own stories, and some of them are inspired by real cities around the world. I'll show you about them in detail in another article. You can feel that as if you are in Italy or old Newyork and so on when you visit Tokyo DisneySea.

2. deliciaus food

There are so many attractive food in TDS. They look cute and prices are so reasnable. Also, there are popcorn of various flavers. Like matcha with  white chocolates, garlic shrimps, and black pepper… My favorite is curry flaver.

3. original attractions

If you are from the states, you may have been to Disneyland Resort  or Walt Disney Resort, but you dou't need to worry about you'll end up experiencing attractions you already know when you visit TDS. Of cource there are some attractions same as in other parks, but there are many original attractions in TDS. I'll show you some in there.

This is "Nemo and Friends Sea Rider". It's a visual attraction where you can ride in a special submarine and meet Nemo and his friends.

This is "Journy to the Center of the Earth", which you will explore in the　volcano. It is the fastest attraction in Tokyo DisneySea. The maximum speed reaches approximately 47 miles per hour.
