アメリカ合衆国の超機密部隊である、デルタフォースの中の真の特殊選抜グループ「至高の遂行者」、合衆国で第1特殊部隊デルタ作戦分遣隊（英: 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment Delta/略称:1st SFOD-D） の中でも機密扱いのグループで「supreme performer至高の遂行者」と称えられている。主に米帝の極秘暗殺部隊「執行者」や各国の超極秘作戦グループの軍事行動のカウンターインテリジェンスに対応従事するために編成された後始末をするクリーナーグループである。日本皇国自衛軍の私設機密作戦部隊と共同作戦をしたり、人員が相互の部隊を行き来し作戦行動を行う事が有ると言われている。（概要詳細思案中）
