米帝の建国の基礎となった旧合衆国5州とそれを統率したユタ州を模した鷲の計6州を表した意匠からなる星国章（国旗）となっている。（鷲：ユタ州、星：当初、ユタ州の唱えた「合衆国からの離脱」に賛同したほか5州）

首都、ユタ州 ソルトレイクシティ特別区の周囲は、「ワサッチ山脈」などのロッキー山脈系の堅固な自然に囲まれており、天然の要害となっているが、それにも増して、首都を囲む山脈全体や地下を帝国の防衛の要衝とし軍事要塞化している。

近隣のネバダ州には、エリア51〜52などをはじめとする帝國の地下軍事施設があり、帝國宇宙軍や空軍などの施設、主要な基地や研究施設も存在する。

表向きの建国の契機が、日本国の失策による日米同盟の崩壊「日本人への嫌悪感」であったため、ユタ州 ソルトレイクシティに多かった日系人コミュニティは、大変厳しい憂き目にあった。

しかし、合衆国を分断して21世紀後半に、新しい国を建国することは「振動の帝国EOV反主流派」による予定調和であった。

「振動の帝国EOV反主流派」の人智を超越した怖るべき代理人は、傀儡政府を隠れ蓑にして、地上に降臨し再び、全人類に「エロヒム」の教えを流布し恭順させんと画策している。

The Flag of the Great American Empire (commonly known as New Glory) features an eagle representing the five former U.S. states that formed the basis for the founding of the Great American Empire and the state of Utah, which led the five states. The eagle represents Utah, and the stars represent the other five states that initially supported Utah's request to secede from the United States.

The capital city, Salt Lake City, Utah, is surrounded by the Wasatch Mountains and other Rocky Mountains, which are prone to natural disasters, but the entire mountain range surrounding the capital city and the underground are also military fortresses that are key to the defense of the empire.

The neighboring state of Nevada is home to the Empire's underground military facilities, including Area 51-52, as well as facilities of the Imperial Space Force, Air Force, etc., and major operational bases and research facilities.

The Japanese American community, especially in Salt Lake City, Utah, suffered greatly because the founding of the nation was ostensibly motivated by "hatred" by Japan, which did not abide by the Japan-U.S. alliance.

However, dismantling the United States and founding a new nation in the second half of the 21st century was the plan of the EOV countermajority, the Empire of Vibration.
