移民社会20の提案
「移民社会20の提案」は移住連が2019年6月に発表した移民社会に向けた政策提言です。noteへの掲載にあたり、2021年10月に一部更新し、無料公開しました。 移住連は、これまでも政策提言を発表しています（2006年『外国籍住民との共生に向けて』、2009年『他民族・多文化共生社会のこれから』）。近年は、市民や、移民が参加して、移民社会に必要な政策を考えるワークショップを各地で行ってきました。『移民社会20の提案』はそうしたところであげられた声や支援の現場の声をあわせ、20の項目に編みなおしたものです。 もちろんそこにはおさまりきらなかった声、聞かれていない声、反映されなかったニーズもたくさんあります。議論が十分でない部分もあります。 それでも、不完全な、今ここにある「移民社会」が必要としているものについて実現していくために、まずはここを出発点として、議論を始めたいと思います。
