人付き合いはかなり減っている
それでも自分に合った人だけと
向き合えているのではないだろうか

想いは
食になり
生き方になり
環境になり
地球になり
宇宙になる

食は生きる源であり
食べ物はエネルギーであり
大地であり水でありタネであり世界である

大きくなればなるほど
手が届かなくなる

だから出来る事

目の前の自分をひたすらひたすらひたすら見つめる事
種が大地にうずくまるように
ひたすらじっとする

もうすこし
もうすこし

踏み出さないのではなく
土の温もりとエネルギーをぐっーといただいて
芽が出るまで。

まだいまは何も見えない
芽が出たね
可愛いね
そんな事は与えられないと思う

だけどいつかきっと土の中にいる
自分は芽が出るのだ
