More and more people are working from home rather than at the workplace. Some people say this will bring benefits to the workers and their families, but others think it will bring stress to the home. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

It has become an evident trend that working from home is preferred by an increasing number of people. Opinions are divided. Some advocate teleworking for the benefits towards the employees and their families. The other argues that stress will be brought to the home. From my point of view, the benefits outweigh the stress.
There are multiple merits of working from home towards the staff and their family members. To begin with, there are higher chances that employees can improve the relationship of their families by conducting family commitments such as doing dishes, supervising children over their homework. Secondly, work performance will be greatly enhanced. Due to the decreased time spent on transportation, there are more time for rest and sleeping. Job holders with more time to rest are generally more concentrated at work as well as work more efficiently. Last but not least, the cost of living will declined. Because of the there is little need to use cars, expenditure like petrol will be less than before.
On the other hand, working from home can lead to a stressful life at home. Firstly, housewives will be stressed out with their husbands at home. Certain housewives enjoy the day time at their households without their husbands for the reasons that they do not have to be worried about housework such as recipes for lunch. What’s more, distraction will occur during the work. Sounds like washing machine, television may disturb the workers which will also bring stress to them.
To conclude, in spite of the disadvantages of working at home, I am convinced that teleworking benefits not only the employees but also their families because of more time for family commitments, enhancement of work performance and lower cost of living.（文字数：289）

There is an evident trend that working from home is gaining increasing popularity. Some individuals are of the view that teleworking is beneficial for both the teleworkers and their families, whereas other consider it as a source of stress to household life. I agree with the former opinion.
Multiple benefits can be brought to homeworkers and their families. To begin with, it saves time. Employees do not need to spend time on neither public transport nor private transport such as train, bus, car and so on. It can also enhance the workers’ performance. Due to the decreased time used in commuting, there is more time for home workers to sleep. Workers with more time to rest generally are more concentrated on work and work more efficiently. Last but not least, teleworking can improve family relationship as job holders can fulfil family commitments. For example, they can help their sprouts to clean the house or to drop children to school. Through these activities, family bond will be stronger.
On the other hand, the households may suffer from stress. Firstly, certain housewives enjoy time without husbands in the houses on the day time, which will probably be disrupted by working remotely. They have to devote more time into recipes due to the fact that their husbands have lunch at home. Secondly, there may be some distractions from home. Sounds like operating the cleaning machine, washing machine will add to the stress occasionally.
From my point of view, advantages of telecommuting out weigh the disadvantages. In spite of the fact that tension will be introduced to the family, it can be adjusted by family members. However, time and household responsibilities cannot be compensated when working in the office. Therefore, it is more advantageous to work at home.
To conclude, notwithstanding some minor negative aspects, I am convinced that working from home is beneficial for employees and their family members for decreased time spent on transport, better work performance and improved family relationship.（文字数：329）
